Binge Eating Disorder 16-Week Programme.

A unique programme that focuses on interrupting and reducing Binge Eating Disorder symptoms.

You are not alone.

Experts from Orri and Altum Health’s clinical team have come together to develop the first-ever combined day treatment and outpatient programme for Binge Eating Disorder.

By integrating evidence-based approaches in both group and individual therapy, this 16-week programme will help individuals to interrupt and reduce compulsive behaviours and thoughts around food within a safe environment.

From day one you will be supported by a full multi-disciplinary team that includes eating disorder experts in Psychiatry, Psychology, Psychotherapy and Dietetics.

Working with the individual, our approach is to understand how the Binge Eating Disorder evolved and what the related issues are that reinforce someone’s need to rely upon it. While each person has a unique developmental history, there are patterns that occur in those who live with eating disorders, which provide us with helpful information to support them in recovery.

This programme is about redesigning lifestyle; understanding your relationship to eating and food within the context of your wider environment and helping you to heal from the inside out.
